Barry Sharpe has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Barrington ( Barry ) started their career as a Programmer at Chase Manhattan in 1997, followed by a role as a Programmer Analyst at Citigroup in 1998. At Citigroup, they transitioned to a Senior Programmer role, where they gained expertise in the COMPASS application and Mortgage Backed Securities processing.

In 2001, Barry joined Citi as a VP and took on various roles including Team Leader for Global Fixed Income Risk Technology, Manager of Retail Technology, Corporate Bond Trader, and VP of GTS Technology for Global High Value Payments. As a VP, they managed large development teams, established relationships with external partners, and coordinated initiatives across multiple teams.

In 2015, Barry joined Sia Partners as a Senior Manager and later moved to The Clearing House in 2016, where they are currently serving as the Director of Real Time Payments. In this role, they are responsible for leading the Real Time Payments initiative and serves as a technical and functional subject matter expert. Barrington ( Barry ) is also involved in application development, production support, performance tuning, and digital security integration.
