Michelle Wilson is a seasoned professional in the foodservice industry with extensive experience in operations and culinary excellence. Currently serving as the Senior Foodservice Business Manager at Clemens Food Group since October 2021, Michelle has held various roles including Foodservice Business Manager and Fresh Account Specialist. Prior to this, Michelle was the Director of Operations at Dundore and Heister from May 2019 to May 2021 and spent a significant tenure at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant from January 2009 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing two regional chefs and overseeing operations in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Michelle holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Art Institutes and has educational background from Temple University and Souderton Area High School.
