Charlotte Hill

Charlotte Hill has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to present. Charlotte started their career as a Sales Associate at H&M from September 2008 to August 2010. Charlotte then worked as an Administrative Assistant at COUTTS INFORMATION SERVICES INC. from October 2013 to March 2014. Subsequently, they served as a Customer Service Administrator at City Digital Limited from April 2014 to December 2014. Charlotte joined Client Relationship Consultancy in November 2015 as a Product Delivery Manager and held this position until August 2018. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of Best Practice PDM Lead from September 2018 to April 2019. Following this, they worked as a Senior Product Delivery Manager / Ops Excellence from April 2019 to June 2021. Currently, Charlotte is serving as the Team Lead - Product Delivery at Client Relationship Consultancy, starting from July 2021.
