Gabrielle Smith is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Sous Chef at The Cliffs since September 2023, overseeing daily operations and managing a team of 16. Previously, Gabrielle held the position of Head Chef at Vintage Kitchen Oslo, where operations included menu development and service of Danish-French cuisine.
