Jason Bell

Jason Bell is an experienced construction and operations professional with a diverse background in purchasing, project management, and strategic leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Purchasing at The Cliffs, Jason oversees cost control and field execution to support Sales and Construction teams effectively. Previously, Jason held the position of Director of Operations at Empire Communities, managing operations and P&L responsibility. As General Manager of Operations at Crescent Homes, Jason fostered collaboration between Purchasing, Construction, and Sales teams. Jason's earlier roles include Director of Purchasing and Construction Project Manager, emphasizing transparency in residential construction. Jason also gained extensive experience as a Business Owner of J A Bell Construction LLC, focusing on custom home development. With a foundation in commercial project management and construction management from earlier positions, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the industry. Jason holds a degree from Clemson University and graduated from T. L. Hanna High School.
