Laura Coggins

Laura Coggins, CPT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and fitness instruction. As a Group Fitness Instructor at The Cliffs since June 2022, Laura provides fitness guidance and motivation to clients. Previously, Laura served as Vice President of Sales at Bravo Wellness from August 2019 to June 2022, focusing on outcomes-based wellness solutions. Laura's career at ADP spanned from July 2002 to May 2019, where roles included Area Product Leader and Corporate Sales Manager, with a strong emphasis on healthcare compliance and employee benefits solutions. Laura co-founded Eagle Business Solutions, providing technology-based solutions across the Carolinas for over a decade, and began a career in sales at Lanier Business Products, Inc. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University.
