Executive Chef at The Cliffs

Tomas Prado currently serves as the Executive Chef at The Cliffs since June 2023, following a role as Culinary Director at Neon Hummingbird Hospitality that began in January 2019. Between March 2022 and June 2023, Tomas was the Executive Chef at The Greystone Inn. Prior experience includes positions such as Executive Sous Chef at Westlight @ The William Vale, which is renowned for its rooftop bar and global street food-inspired menu, from May 2016 to January 2019, and Executive Chef at Golden Fig from June 2015 to May 2016. Earlier in the culinary career, Tomas held various roles, including Corporate Manager at My Ceviche, Chef de Partie at The Bazaar by Jose Andres, and Lead Lin at DB Bistro Moderne, among others. Tomas Prado holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson and Wales University.
