Lara Obst's work experience includes co-founding The Climate Choice, a B2B platform for decarbonizing companies and supply chains. Lara also took a sabbatical at Sarvaguna Yoga in 2019. Prior to that, Lara worked as a Corporate Accelerator Manager at Climate-KIC, managing the organization of the first corporate program and leading the Munich Re & ERGO Side Call. Lara also served as a Venture Developer at weeve and Next Big Thing AG, where they developed business models and applied blockchain technology for IoT devices. Lara was a co-founder and CMO at MOWEA, focusing on building a business model for micro wind energy appliances. Lara also worked at GTEC as an Entrepreneur in Residence and founded Kulturnett, a culture and innovation blog. Additionally, Lara had roles as an Assistant Education Manager at Climate KIC and a Marketing Assistant at förderbar GmbH.
Lara Obst's education history is as follows:
- From 2015 to 2016, Lara attended Hasso Plattner Institute and studied Design Thinking without pursuing a specific degree.
- From 2013 to 2015, they were enrolled in the Climate KIC Master Label program, focusing on Sustainability Entrepreneurship.
- Between 2012 and 2015, Lara pursued a Double Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship at Technische Universität Berlin.
- In 2013 and 2014, they attended the University of Twente and received a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in International Business Administration.
- In 2011 and 2012, Lara attended IILM and completed a master's program at Business School in New Delhi, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing.
- Lastly, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) at Leuphana University of Lüneburg, majoring in Kulturmanagement (Angewandte Kulturwissenschaften und BWL).

OUR SOFTWARE SOLUTION Our B2B data platform offers access to climate performance data from your own company, business partners and suppliers. These make it possible to implement tailor-made decarbonization measures with validated partners, to make purchasing decisions based on climate-relevant data and to increase climate performance along the entire value chain together with suppliers. OUR VISION Every company a Climate Champion! We all know that up to 90% of a company's emissions are in the supply chain. Companies can therefore reduce emissions with every purchase decision and actively implement their successful climate transformation through decarbonization measures.
