Annette Sarlatte-Matsu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annette currently holds the position of DEI Lead at Climate, where they focus on launching BRG/ERG networks, inclusive recruiting, evaluating external partnerships, and developing I&D communication strategies. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Inclusion & Diversity Specialist and Recruiter at Climate, where they managed the company's I&D program. Annette also has experience as a Technical Sourcer and Recruiting Coordinator at Climate. Before joining Climate, they worked as a Staffing Coordinator at Dolby Laboratories and a Recruiting Coordinator at OpenTable. Annette began their career as a Receptionist at Korn/Ferry International and gained internship experience at GLBT Historical Society and San Diego State University.

Annette Sarlatte-Matsu earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Romance Languages from New York University from 2003 to 2006. From 2008 to 2010, they pursued a Master of Library and Information Science degree in Library Science at San Jose State University.
