Holding a degree in Management Science and Human Resources Management, Heather's expertise lies in creating and implementing strategies that align with organizational values and goals. Currently, as the Director of Human Resources at Climate Group, Heather is dedicated to delivering a global people strategy that includes EDI initiatives, talent development programs, and location strategy.
