Atiba Archibald has over seven years of work experience. In 2022, they began working as an Influencer Marketing Manager for Clique Brands. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Executive for 5W Public Relations from 2020-2021. From 2017-2020, Atiba worked for Rpr Marketing Communications as an Assistant Account Executive and Account Coordinator. They also held a Freelance PR Coordinator position at Vibrant Communications from 2017-2018. In 2016, Atiba worked as a Lifestyle PR Intern for TURNER PR and a Beauty Intern for Siren PR. In 2015, they worked as an Intern for Seventh House PR, where they prepared wardrobe sample loans for trafficking to various stylists and publications, assisted in the production of client events, and clipped press materials and maintained the organization of the showroom. Atiba also held positions as a Student Assistant at the Office of New Media, Student Caller at UAlbany Fund, and Intern in Calvin Klein Underwear Department from 2014-2015. During this time, they wrote posts for the SUNY Big Ideas blog, assisted in the management of SUNY's Instagram and Facebook pages, collected and sent out news clips to staff within the SUNY System, contacted alumni, parents, and students to inform them about UAlbany Fund, initiated prospect consideration of a monetary gift to the Fund, and updated biographical information of prospects. They also assembled color and computer assisted design boards for designers, dressed models for the Holiday collection preview, and participated in community service with other PVH interns.
Atiba Archibald obtained a Masters of Science in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from NYU School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from University at Albany, SUNY. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Social Media Marketing Strategy: TikTok and Instagram Reels from LinkedIn in May 2022.
