Justin Yarkin

Justin Yarkin is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Enterprise Learning & Development at The Clorox Company since November 2016. In this role, Justin develops training strategies and frameworks focused on improving the competency of Finance employees. Previously, Justin held various positions at Mosaic, including Senior Learning Strategist, where responsibilities involved managing instructional design teams and large training programs, and at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Instructional Systems Designer. Additionally, Justin contributes to the Mustang Soccer League as the Director of Referees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus, alongside two master's degrees from San Diego State University in Homeland Security and Criminal Justice/Sociology.
