Karen Ackerman

Karen Ackerman, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Supply Chain at The Clorox Company, a position held since August 2021. Ackerman's extensive HR experience includes previous roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Centra Health, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, team engagement, and talent acquisition. Additional roles span various HR positions at J.Crew, Taylor Corporation, and internships focused on career counseling and support. Karen Ackerman holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Community Counseling from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
