Previously, Fredrik worked at Veranogruppen as a ServiceNow Solution Architect and at Knowit as a ServiceNow Solution & Technical Architect. With extensive experience dating back to 1999 at Skandia, roles included Product Owner/Architect in IT Service Management processes, Configuration Manager, and ITSM System Specialist. Fredrik's educational background includes studies at Linné from 1995 to 1998.
