Marybrook Cox

Marybrook Cox has extensive experience in housing and community development, currently serving as a Housing Development Analyst at The Cloudburst Group since July 2022. Previous roles include Community Development Analyst for the City of Asheville and Housing Specialist for the City of El Cajon. Prior to these positions, Marybrook worked as a Finance Analyst and Management Trainee with the City of San Diego and as a Neighborhood Development Associate at the City of Hampton. An internship with the City of Norfolk focused on organizational development research, while earlier roles involved providing support at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and engaging with professional organizations such as the Structural Engineers Association of Alabama and the American Institute of Architects Birmingham Chapter. Marybrook holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, both from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
