Rob Sronce

Rob Sronce is an experienced professional in community development and housing, currently serving as the Practice Area Lead for Community Development Programs at The Cloudburst Group since March 2019. Prior to this role, Rob was a Lead Senior Consultant at ZoomGrants™, focusing on HUD CPD grants, and a Project Manager/Senior Consultant at PMC, providing technical assistance to federal and California state housing agencies. Rob's background includes positions as a Housing Planner and Housing Specialist for the City of Citrus Heights and the City of Chico, and roles in housing development and management at various organizations such as Sacramento Mutual Housing Association and Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency. Rob holds a BS in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the University of California, Davis, supplemented by education at Cornell University and Humboldt State University.
