Mona Ahmed

Mona Ahmed is an experienced professional in business intelligence and customer solutions architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Solution Architect at The Cloudors since January 2023, Mona has contributed to various projects in Saudi Arabia, including Sumou Holding and Golf Saudi. In addition, Mona is a Product Owner at idataworkers and previously held the position of Senior BI Developer and Data Management Consultant at mivors Consulting from May 2017 to December 2022, focusing on operational business reports and OBIEE dashboards. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Intelligence Developer at IFFCO, where reporting based on QLIKVIEW was prioritized, and as a Business Intelligence Consultant at Vertika, working with prominent clients such as Mobinil and the Egyptian Ambulance Authority. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems and Biomedical Engineering from Cairo University and a diploma in System Development from the Information Technology Institute.
