Allen Martin

Allen Martin has an extensive background in the food and beverage industry, with experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at The Club Abu Dhabi since February 2011. Prior to this, Allen served as a Restaurant and Bar Manager at Elite Restaurant management company from 2005 to January 2011. With a strong foundation as a Supervisor at Forte Grand, Allen has demonstrated expertise in staff management, training, outlet promotions, special event planning, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HACCP regulations. Allen's education includes a degree in General Studies from Saint Marys School in Kandana, Sri Lanka.
