Carly Fiore has extensive experience in the food, beverage, and recreation sectors. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Training Manager at The Club at Ibis since June 2018, Carly has held multiple roles including Bistro Manager, Dining Room Manager, Food and Beverage Supervisor, and Manager In Development. Prior experience includes roles at Scarborough Fare Catering as a Banquet Server, Prep Cook, and Bartender, where Carly demonstrated exceptional service and event management skills for large groups. Prior to that, at East Carolina Campus Recreation and Wellness, Carly worked as Facilities Manager, overseeing a team of over 45 employees and managing a large recreational facility, and as a Customer Service Representative, providing support to students and faculty. Carly holds a degree from East Carolina University, earned in 2018.
