Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young, CPA, currently serves as the Controller at The Club at Ibis since September 2021 and has held the position of Assistant Controller at IBIS GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC since March 2020. Prior to these roles, Rebecca gained valuable experience as an Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP from November 2017 to March 2020 and as an Independent Contractor assisting Ominto, Inc. with SOX 404 compliance. An earlier stint as an Audit Intern at RSM US LLP involved performing audits across various industries. Previously, Rebecca was the Controller at ShowTurf, LLC, responsible for managing the accounting department and financial statement accuracy. An entrepreneurial venture includes owning Becca's Bake Shop. Educational credentials include a Master's in Accounting with an emphasis on Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution.
