René Milet Hernández has extensive experience in management and evaluation within various organizations focused on social services, health, and human rights. Currently serving as the Evaluation and Impact Manager and Latin America Regional Liaison for The Clubhouse Network since August 2020 and as an Independent Consultant for Community Research and Evaluation Strategies since January 2020, René also held the position of Director of Programs at Bikes Not Bombs from October 2017 to January 2020. Previous roles include Director of Evaluation and Quality Improvement at Gandara Center, where René led transformative initiatives for program evaluation and quality improvement. René has also directed research and evaluation at the Latin American Health Institute, managed a harm reduction program at Brigham & Women's Hospital, coordinated a human trafficking program at Ayuda Inc., and directed treatment education and advocacy for the Multicultural AIDS Coalition. René holds a Master of Arts in Critical Theory from the University of Sussex, a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Concordia University.

The Clubhouse Network
The Clubhouse Network is an international community of more than 100 Clubhouses located in 21 countries worldwide, . The Clubhouse is an after-school digital design studio where young people from underserved communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology. Using the original Clubhouse as a model, The Clubhouse Network supports community-based Clubhouses around the world, providing over 25,000 youth per year with access to resources, skills, and experiences to help them succeed in their careers, contribute to their communities, and lead outstanding lives. The Clubhouse Network is a collaboration with the MIT Media Lab.
