Previously, Shayne served as Global Chief Marketing Officer for tna solutions Pty Ltd. in both the USA and Australia, and held various marketing leadership positions at SYNOVA SA, SEZ acquired by Lam Research Corporation, Disco Hi-Tec Europe GmbH, and DISCO Corporation. Shayne's educational background includes an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where a focus on artificial intelligence in business strategy was also undertaken, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, and Japanese from Kansai University.
