Josh Shand

Josh Shand is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in cloud engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer at The Co-operative Bank since November 2023, Josh previously held the position of Lead Cloud Engineer at Halter from January 2022 to October 2023. With a background as Cloud Technical Lead at Trade Me (April 2020 - January 2022) and Senior Systems/Cloud Engineer at PartsTrader Markets Limited (June 2016 - April 2020), Josh has developed a robust skill set in managing technical infrastructures across New Zealand and the USA. Prior to that, Josh contributed as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Xero from February 2013 to June 2016, focusing on ensuring platform stability and performance.
