Louise Charles

Louise Charles possesses extensive experience in IT security management, currently serving as the IT Security Access Manager at The Co-operative Bank plc since September 2018, where leadership of the Privileged Access Management Team and stakeholder management are key responsibilities. Since January 2012, Louise has also held the position of RACF Team Leader, overseeing the implementation of RACF Security across multiple organizations and focusing on RCSA controls and performance development management. Prior to this, Louise contributed to the Volunteer Centre Tameside from January 2010 to December 2011 in project development for a 'Time Banking' initiative. Louise’s foundational experience includes a lengthy tenure at Barclays from 1986 to 2009, in roles such as RACF Security Technician and IT Security Compliance and Monitoring, focusing on compliance with standards and SOX controls. Education was completed at Two Trees High School.
