Tim Boyer

Tim Boyer is an experienced property management professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the National Property & Facilities Manager at The Co-operative Bank since February 2018, Tim has previously held key positions including Property Manager at CentrePort, Property Manager at NZ Post, and Property Advisor at ACC. Tim's career also includes significant roles such as Manager Property at Wellington International Airport Limited and Property Leasing Manager at ANZ National Bank. Tim began their career as a Property Manager at Westpac Banking Group NZ and Public Trust. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Valuation and Property Management from Massey University, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
