Keith Lea

Keith Lea is an accomplished environment art outsource manager with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Presently serving at The Coalition Studio since February 2025, Keith previously held the position of Senior External Art Manager at Humanoid Origin from November 2022 to December 2024, where responsibilities included managing full-stack co-development teams and overseeing all aspects of external development. Prior to that, at Capcom Game Studio Vancouver, Keith excelled as Lead Outsource Environment Artist, leading outsourcing initiatives and training art teams. Keith's career also includes time as an External Art Manager at Humanoid Origin and a period of travel for personal growth between January 2019 and January 2021. Keith holds a degree in Game Art & Design from the Art Institute of Vancouver-Burnaby.
