Matija Erceg

Matija Erceg is a highly experienced Technical Artist at Microsoft since February 2023, specializing in art, performance, and validation tooling for the flagship AAA game Gears of War: E-Day. Matija has a strong background in technical operations, having co-founded Friendship Unlimited in 2018, which focuses on market strategy and technical garment development. Previous roles include Producer and Lead Developer at DandiDoesIt, where Matija managed augmented reality projects and led software development, and Co-Founder and VP Operations at Archive Digital, overseeing startup strategy and digital solutions. Additionally, Matija has held various operational roles in multiple companies, contributing expertise in project management, web development, and design. Matija holds a BEnD Honors degree in Environmental Design, Architecture from The University of British Columbia.
