Tom Koutsoumpas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Tom is currently serving as the Chairman of the Board at Capital Caring Health, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they were the President and Chief Executive Officer of the same company from August 2018 to May 2023.
Before joining Capital Caring Health, Tom held executive positions at various organizations. Tom has also held influential roles in government and public affairs. In their early years, they served as a Senior Advisor and Executive Assistant to Governor Evan Bayh and later as a Special Assistant to Senator Birch Bayh in the United States Senate.
Before entering the healthcare industry, Tom worked as a Public Affairs Associate at Burson-Marsteller and as a Health Policy Advisor at Hogan Lovells.
