Muhammad Ishaq

Muhammad Ishaq is an experienced professional in the food safety and production management sector, currently serving as a Label Manager at The Coastal Companies since January 2021. Prior to this role, Muhammad held the position of Production Supervisor at Lancaster Foods, LLC from April 2017 to January 2021, and worked at G. Cefalu & Bro., Inc. from February 2013 to April 2017 as Assistant Manager of Food Safety & Sanitation and later as Food Safety & Sanitation Supervisor. In these roles, Muhammad conducted GMP audits, food security assessments, and training on food safety protocols, while also enforcing compliance with HACCP plans and various regulatory standards. Muhammad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Commerce from the University of the Punjab, earned between 2003 and 2005.
