Ashley Rogover

Ashley Rogover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational strategy, change management, and HR transformation, currently serving as Group Director for Sales/Franchise/Bottler Capability at The Coca-Cola Company since April 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held senior positions at Slalom and Capgemini Consulting, leading initiatives in organizational effectiveness and performance across various industries, including retail and financial services.
