Ayado Ewinyu

Ayado Ewinyu is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning Leadership Development and Capabilities for EMEA at The Coca-Cola Company since March 2022. With a rich background in industrial psychology, Ayado previously held the position of Director and Industrial Psychologist at the African Leadership Academy from December 2014 to June 2022, where strategic direction for career development initiatives was provided and extensive coaching for young professionals was conducted. Ayado's early career included a role as a People and Change Consultant at KPMG South Africa, focusing on organizational efficiency and talent management. Ayado holds an MPhil in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Johannesburg and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the United States International University - Africa.
