Michał Szychowski

Michał Szychowski is an experienced technology services professional currently serving as a Technology Services Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, with a focus on North-Eastern Europe. Since December 2015, Michał has managed IT service delivery, implementing ITIL processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across the EMEA region. Responsibilities include incident management, project coordination, and service improvement planning.
