Rika Takei is a seasoned IT professional with over 24 years of experience at The Coca-Cola Company. Currently serving as the Digital Services Lead/CIO for the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit since October 2022, Rika ensures alignment of digital services with business strategies, overseeing the delivery of Data & Analytics, Digital Marketing Transformation, eCommerce, and Commercial capabilities. Previously held the role of IT Leader for the same operating unit from April 2010 to January 2021, focusing on bridging business needs with IT solutions across various functions, including strategic planning and business intelligence. Rika started the Coca-Cola career in January 1999 as Decision Support Manager and progressed through several key positions, culminating in the Director of Business Systems role before taking on leadership in technology services. Education was completed at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies.
