Experience also includes serving as Collaborative Planning Manager at Mars Petcare from March 2014 to December 2016 and Business Improvement Manager at Amey from April 2011 to March 2014. Tal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Studies from the University of Leicester between 2005 and 2008, having completed earlier education at Rowley Regis from 2002 to 2005.
