XIN GAO currently serves as the Director of Finance Transformation at The Coca-Cola Company, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, XIN was the Program Lead for Finance Digitalization & Data at 百胜中国 from September 2021 to July 2024, where a three-year digital transformation strategy was spearheaded for asset investment management and financial accounting at KFC. XIN's previous experience includes roles at Air Liquide as the Head of Finance Process & Projects and Manager of Finance Transformation Project, overseeing finance operations and managing IT projects for enhanced efficiency. Additionally, XIN worked at Yanfeng as Finance BP, Zimmer Biomet as Senior Accountant, and PwC as an Auditor, gaining expertise in financial processes, compliance, and ERP systems. XIN holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Shanghai University.
