Brian Silbaugh

Brian Silbaugh has a strong background in manufacturing operations and management. Brian is currently the Chief Operating Officer at The Coeur d'Alene Window Company, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at the same company from September 2022 to January 2023. Before joining The Coeur d'Alene Window Company, Brian worked at Cascade Windows as the Director of Operations from March 2019 to October 2021, and as the Plant Manager from August 2018 to March 2019. Brian also has experience as a Plant Manager at Hartung Glass Industries from August 2017 to August 2018, and as a Production Manager at Milgard Windows and Doors from July 2014 to August 2017. Brian started their career at IM Flash, where they held several roles, including Production Shift/Area Manager from March 2007 to July 2014, and Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor from February 2000 to March 2007.
