Café Management Team

The Café Management Team at The Coffee Oasis is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the individual café locations in Bremerton, Tacoma, Poulsbo, and Kingston. Each café manager ensures excellent customer service, quality coffee products, and a welcoming environment. They also coordinate with youth programs, providing job training and mentorship opportunities within the cafés, thereby directly contributing to the organization’s mission of supporting and restoring youth in the community.
