COGAR’s Vice President of Operations, Mr. Frank J. Polievka, Jr., has over 20-years of experience in the security industry. Mr. Polievka has overseen and successfully ensured outstanding services were delivered to a wide range of Federal Agencies including the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Personnel Security Center (PERSEC), providing Investigation and Adjudication Services; the DHS, National Maritime Center (NMC), providing Professional Qualifications Evaluations (PQE) and Safeguards and Security Evaluations; the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), providing HSPD-12 Credentialing Program Support; Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), providing Security Support Services; and the Army National Guard (ARNG), providing Records Management and Administrative Services Coordination. Additionally, Mr. Polievka is considered an expert in the industry of Physical Security and Emergency Management, has written corporate policies and procedures as well as established operational policy and procedures for federal security contracts while developing a base training curriculum for all new employees. Mr. Polievka has served as the Director of Training and has a National Rifle Association (NRA) certification as a Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor.
