Gina Pendano

Gina Pendano is currently the Director of Instructional Talent Acquisition & Development at Colibri Group, responsible for scaling instructional acquisition, onboarding, and development functions across the Colibri Real Estate Ecosystem. Prior to this role, Gina held positions such as Curriculum & Sales/Marketing Director at Rockwell Institute, Academic Counselor at University of Phoenix, and National Security Instructor/Trainer at Advanced Interactive Systems. Gina holds a M.Ed in Community and Rehabilitative Counseling from University of Idaho and a B.S. in Psychology.
