Rachel Momenee

Senior Planner / Associate at The Collaborative

Rachel Momenee, AICP, is a seasoned urban planner and designer with extensive experience in various roles within architectural and planning firms. Currently serving as a Commissioner on the Toledo City Plan Commission since March 2023, Rachel also holds the position of Senior Planner at The Collaborative, a role engaged in both project management and planning since January 2021. Previous experience includes urban design positions at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, where Rachel worked from August 2016 to January 2021, and research scholarship at Valerio Dewalt Train Associates in mid-2016. Rachel's academic contributions involved teaching and research at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, alongside prior roles in design and environmental awareness initiatives during undergraduate studies at Miami University, culminating in a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BA in Architecture from Miami University.
