Angelica Karydi

Angelica Karydi has had a diverse work experience in the food industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as a QA Technologist at Tilda before moving on to Freshway Dairy in 2011 as a Technical Assistant. In 2012, they returned to Tilda as an Assistant Technical Manager and later became a Technical Manager. In 2018, Angelica joined The Coconut Collaborative as the Head of Technical and Product Development and was promoted to Director of NPD & Technical in August 2020.

Angelica Karydi has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management from the University of Leeds, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) from 2000 to 2007. Angelica also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Food Science and Technology from AUTH from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, Angelica holds a certification in FS22000 Lead Auditor from Campden BRI, although the specific month and year of the certification are not provided.
