Michael Todd Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur and creative leader with extensive experience in strategy, marketing, and business development. As the Founder of SPARKVertical, LLC since June 2019, Michael focuses on customer acquisition and retention for franchise clients and multi-location businesses, particularly in the home services sector. In addition, Michael has served as CEO of Collective Seven since April 2013, helping new and existing businesses enhance brand awareness and revenue. Other notable roles include Co-Founder and Creative Director of Curious Office Development, Marketing Director for Inkd, and CEO/Creative Director positions at both Michael Todd and Atelier Tracy & Michael, where Michael successfully launched various apparel lines. Early career experience includes serving as Managing Director of John Ludlam Fine Stationer, working with prominent clients in North America and abroad.
