Andrea Holzwarth

Andrea Holzwarth currently serves as the Director of Career Strategy & Engagement for the Midwest Region at The College Board since November 2025. Previously, Andrea held various senior leadership roles at Project Lead The Way from September 2016 to November 2025, including Vice President of Customer Operations and Implementation, Senior Director of New District Engagement, Senior Director of Strategic Accounts, Senior Director of School Engagement, and Director of School Engagement. Andrea's work involved leading national teams, developing strategic sales operations, managing key accounts, and achieving significant growth targets. Earlier in the career, Andrea was the Director of Engineering Outreach and Recruitment at Wichita State University, contributing to increased undergraduate recruitment and student diversity. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Communication from Wichita State University and an MBA from Friends University.
