Candace Kauffman

Candace Kauffman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and educational technology. Currently serving as the Senior Product Manager of Generative AI at The College Board since July 2024, Kauffman previously held the position of Director of AI Conversation Design at Ocelot from February 2018 to July 2024, where leadership involved overseeing a knowledge base of over 30 content areas and maintaining an AI model for over 400 clients. Kauffman's background includes roles at Georgetown University, where responsibilities ranged from Associate Director of The Georgetown Scholarship Program to Executive Assistant to the Dean, focusing on student support and program management. Earlier experiences at the University of Colorado Boulder as a Financial Aid Counselor and Outreach Coordinator further solidified Kauffman's expertise in higher education and financial resources. Kauffman holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from California Baptist University.
