Catherine Browning

Catherine Browning has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and organizations. Catherine joined The College Board in 2017 and held various positions such as Senior Director, Special Projects and Initiatives; Chief of Staff, Director, Special Projects and Initiatives; Chief of Staff, and Associate Director, Special Projects and Initiatives. In these roles, they managed divisional operations, coordinated strategic priorities, facilitated communication, and ensured alignment among different departments. Before joining The College Board, they worked at EDC as the Country Manager for the USAID COMET project, where they focused on workforce development and improving employment opportunities in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, they worked at VIF International Education as Head of Project Management and Education Analyst, where they gained experience in project management and data analysis.

Catherine Browning holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Catherine also earned a second Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism and Mass Communication - Reporting from the same university. Additionally, they attended the Lorenzo De' Medici Institute in Florence, Italy, although the degree and field of study obtained there are unspecified.
