Dariya B.

Dariya B. currently serves as the Assistant Director of Advocacy and Policy at The College Board, a position held since June 2022. Dariya has prior experience in legislative affairs as a Staff Assistant for the Council President of Baltimore, and as the Student Rights Program Manager for the Maryland Consumer Rights Coalition, Inc. Academic advising roles were undertaken at the University of Maryland College Park, alongside positions in the Anwar Sadat Chair for Peace and Development, and various internships at the U.S. Department of Education, supporting initiatives for higher education access. Dariya holds a Master of Public Policy in Education Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in Government & Politics and Sociology, both from the University of Maryland.
