Jeffrey Neill

Jeffrey Neill, Ed.D., currently serves as the Director of College Counseling and Head of Department at Graded - The American School of São Paulo, leading a team to provide comprehensive college counseling support for high school students. In addition, Neill teaches "College Counseling for International Students" at UCLA Extension, evaluates undergraduate applications as an Admission Reader for UCLA, and acts as a Resident Faculty Member for The College Board's Summer Institute for International Counselors. As President of Lamplighter Consulting, LLC, Neill specializes in enhancing college counseling offices internationally and has extensive experience in various educational roles at institutions including the International School of Dakar, Taipei American School, and Western Reserve Academy. Neill holds a B.A. in Government & Legal Studies and German from Bowdoin College, an M.A. in English from Middlebury College, and a Doctor of Education from Northeastern University.
