Jim Prendergast

Jim Prendergast has over two decades of experience in technology and support roles, currently serving as a Senior Advanced Collaboration and Support Analyst at The College Board since February 2003. In this position, Jim has also held roles such as Product Manager for Collaborative Services and Senior Support Analyst. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Data Security / Network Administrator at Brown Brothers Harriman from May 2001 to October 2002, and was an Assistant Manager at Blockbuster from 1996 to 1997.
