Joan Kickert

Joan (Wrappe) Kickert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in publication operations and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Publication Operations at The College Board since November 2017, Joan previously held multiple senior roles at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK from February 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included managing a vast content taxonomy and developing client services programs. A career at AOL spanned from November 1997 to April 2011, encompassing various management roles in search and advertising operations, as well as team leadership in account services. Joan's early career included significant sales experience at The Washington Post and a foundational role as a paste-up artist at the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. Joan holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame.
