Larry Saldanha

Larry Saldanha, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Larry is currently working as the Senior Director, Talent Business Partner: Global Strategy & Talent at The College Board since July 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Convergence Networks, starting as an HR Generalist from December 2004 to July 2012, where they were responsible for onboarding new employees and managing daily HR inquiries. Larry then became an HR Business Partner from August 2012 to November 2020, where they strategically supported the business with workforce development and oversaw HR efforts for employees in Portland, OR. Their most recent position at Convergence Networks was Director of HR: People and Learning from December 2020 to June 2022, where they provided HR leadership, developed HR strategies and initiatives, and led HR and training integration efforts for acquisitions and mergers. Before joining Convergence Networks, Larry worked as the Zone People Coordinator (NE Region) at Hollywood Entertainment from December 2001 to February 2004, where they handled all people-related issues for over 400 stores and managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Larry also worked as an HR Generalist at Cotelligent from April 1998 to September 1999, overseeing employee training, HR administration, and payroll processing.
